You have finished your first team uppercut workout. For some of you it was easy. For others it was torture. It doesn’t really matter where you are on the “Easy vs.Torture” scale. What does matter is that you continue moving forward.
Conquering life’s challenges is all about momentum. The hardest part is over…the beginning. Now you need to keep that momentum moving forward. To keep the momentum going I would suggest you do a couple runs on your own this week.
