On Saturday, May 19th, 15 Team Uppercut member ran the Twin Cities Tough Mudder Race. Everyone Completed. Fastest time: 2:15 - Longest time: 3:45.
13.7 miles - 6 schools - 200 pull-ups - 500 push ups
Outdoor work out in the wind tunnel. This was Murph Day. Murph = 1 mile, 300 squats, 100 pushups, 100 pull-ups, 1 mile run. We did it 2x plus a bunch of tires, box jumps, burpees, rope climbs, more running and sled pulls.
This is the workout we did every tuesday for about 8 weeks.

Sand Bag Sunday. The day that we decided to add 10# to everyones back and then work out for 3 hours in a 50 mph wind. Good times.
